I have been a professional fitness trainer for many years and I am thoroughly impressed with the Steel-Bow. It is fantastic for my elderly clients and has helped to restore their muscle strength and mobility of joints. The Bow is also a challenge for me and is wonderful for a full body workout while traveling. It takes up very little room and is lightweight. The abdominal contractions that you get with the Bow are unbelievable and it is one of the best abdominal workouts I have ever gotten from any training equipment. It is a great strength and coordination builder and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting in better shape.
